Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Technician Dispatch to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and dispatching our technicians to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Technician scheduling, dispatching and communication
Provide information about the products and service
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Filing
Billing and collections
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Product warranty registration and warranty claim submissions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Previous experience in dispatching but not mandatory
Previous experience in the HVAC industry preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self Motivated
Organized
