Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance professional to work with our producers, executives, and directly with our large clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the Account Management team and being a technical resource for our producers, and select clients

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation & Perks:

Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:

Manage commercial account, management team.
Respond to coverage issues and questions from carriers, staff, and clients.
Coordinate reports and documents from internal and external contacts for the captive manager.
Assist producers with coverage and technical information and attend client meetings to support in acquiring new business.
Work directly with a select group of large/complex commercial clients.

Qualifications:

Property & Casualty license
5 years of Commercial Lines experience with a minimum of 5 years as a manager.
Excellent communication skills.
Designations within the insurance industry are desired such as CPCU, ARM, or ACI
