About being our Senior Contract Administrator

We have an exciting new opening for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our dynamic Construction Services team. This position will manage file documentation for multiple aspects on a job site, including contractor submittals, change management, project documentation, meeting agendas & notes, and general project coordination. Our Construction Services group is currently involved in several municipal projects, and our ideal candidate will bring their experience along with a collaborative spirit, in order to hit the ground running on current and incoming projects.

Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Contract Administrator

• Develop and maintain construction project files
• Work independently and in a team setting to support department as needed
• Support Resident Engineer, Construction Observers, and Project Mangers
• Review, Scan and upload project documents
• Interface with Contractor to produce project pay estimates

Minimum Qualifications to be our Senior Contract Administrator

• Experience with WSDOT Specifications, WSDOT LAG Manual guidelines & WSDOT Construction Manual
• 4+ Years of Experience in related role
• Able to travel to various job sites and/or work in the field in project provided job trailers

Preferred Qualifications for our Senior Contract Administrator

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Familiar with Federally Funded project requirement
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Experience with Procore, Excel, and other related programs

• A competitive salary! The genuinely expected range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00 per hour depending on experience. Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates.
