  • Provide direct patient/resident care including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Assist with meals, feeding, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
  • Document care accurately per facility policy
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment
  • Support infection control protocols and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Active state CNA certification in good standing
  • CPR/BLS certification current
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a LTC/SNF or similar care setting preferred
  • Ability to work reliably as part of a nursing team
