Experienced Office Manager of solo practitioner Law Office

Great opportunity for a full time paralegal to grow with an established general practice law firm. Our professional team is searching for a legal professional with at least two (2) years experience. If you are focused, organized, detail oriented and have an excellent work ethic you will enjoy this position. Proficient with microsoft office, excel and similar products and technologies is required.

Spanish speaking a plus

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Follow office procedures and systems while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude;

· Maintain and develop positive relations with clients;

· Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required; and

· Valid drivers license.

PERSONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

· High ethical standards with a strong understanding of client and firm confidentiality;

· Comply with office internal and external systems and procedures, deadlines, and checklists;

· Excellent communication skills;
