We are looking for a motivated Patient Care/ Medical Sales Rep to join our practice full time in Thornton, CO. Ideally, we need someone who has excellent attention to detail with demonstrated process management skills, someone highly flexible and resourceful, with great interpersonal skills including interacting eagerly with patients as well as team members, and a strong knowledge of computer software programs and ability to grasp various app usage.

We are looking for a driven person to work our front desk, checking people in and directing patient flow, helping patients understand financials and care plans, sales and marketing, and who will promote our in-office therapies/supplements and treatment protocols. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, a great communicator and team player!

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients daily, front desk check in, collection of payments, scheduling of appointments, and reviewing of accounts
• Missed appointment calls/texts, reminder calls/texts
• Maintain the front desk organization and flow
• Balance daily collections
• Direct patient flow
• Securely maintaining and assisting with data entry for in office record keeping with accuracy
• Promoting internal and external patient and community events and promotions while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance
• Maintain text & email marketing campaigns
• Assist with the financials of care plans, sales of in office supplements and care
• Promote in office treatments to include supplements
• Willing to assist as needed with patient care as needed

Requirements:

• Assist with office tasks as needed while still maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism
• Medical office and/or sales experience a plus (but not required, will provide training)
• Work closely with the doctor’s and staff
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Schedule:

• Full time
• Office Hours Monday – Friday (Monday 8 am - 6:45pm, Tue 12:30- 6:45, Wed 8am-8pm, Thur 12:30-6:45, Friday 8-2)

Salary: 

• $24-$26 per hour
