Job Description
- IT Support and Administration– Cybertrol Internal IT Systems
- IT Trouble Support – Support Cybertrol employees. Coordinate support with IT consulting company.
- Manage IT vendor for day-to-day work and project work.
- Configure and manage employee computers and accounts
- Office IT Network support
- Manage internal office hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshoot
- Manage Cybertrol Server Room Equipment and IT software support, including system upgrades
- Manage Cybertrol Customer Test Server environment
- Manage Cybertrol engineering software virtual images
- Manage Cybertrol phone systems
- Manage Cybertrol cyber security systems
- Create/Update IT Systems documentation
- Purchase equipment and software
- Manage internal IT requests
- Administer internal software & licensing
- Manage Azure platform
- Asset management
- On-board new employees
- Working Conditions
- Office Work: Office desk/cubicle environment. Extensive computer use. Occasional IT powered checkouts in Cybertrol shop. Occasional after hours work to support systems work.
- Orientation activities include in-house training and site work.
- Site Work (up to 5% of time):
- Travel to other Cybertrol locations.
- Overnight travel from a few days to several days at a time. Travel duration rarely exceeds 5 days in a row.
- Equipment Checkout and Troubleshooting. Includes equipment troubleshooting on a ladder, and light assembly – IT equipment.
- Working and interfacing with operations, engineering, equipment supply, and construction personnel.
- Work may include working weekends, holidays, nightshift, and extended hours to meet deadlines
- Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science Degree (Computer Support/Technician, Computer Networking, Network Administration, or similar technical degree)
- 2-3 years related experience
- 1+ years of experience with IT Networks and small Datacenters
