Senior Accounting Manager (Must Speak Korean & English) - High Salary

We are a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global Synthetic Polyester Fiber and Resin industry.

Position Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close procedures. He or she will oversee all financial transactions of the company and ensure that all accounts are properly posted and settled within the required time frame. He or she will also be responsible for the preparation of financial statements for each month of the year. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the Controller and other members of the accounting team to analyze financial data and make recommendations for cost reduction and improved accounting procedures.

Essential Functions:

1. Ensures all accounting functions are properly posted, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close procedures.
2. Ensures that all financial transactions are properly posted within required time frame.
3. Prepares financial statements for each month of the year.
4. Analyzes financial data and makes recommendations for cost reduction and improved accounting procedures.
5. Manages all accounting P&L's for the company.
6. Assists in the preparation of annual budget.
7. Assists in annual review with management on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company.
8. Maintains accurate records by filing appropriate paperwork; keeping records organized; ensuring that information is entered into computer systems in a timely manner; ensuring that information is entered into other computer systems in a timely manner; assisting in processing payments; ensuring that accounts receivable files are kept up-to-date; ensuring that payroll files are kept up-to-date; ensuring that month-end close procedures are followed; assisting in month-end close process as needed; preparing reports as needed; assisting in preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
10. Assists in other duties as assigned.

Required Special skills

• Korean language speaker is a Must
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Accounting/ Finance background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
