Job Description
  • Collect claim data from various data sources.
  • Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts.
  • Provide additional data as requested by SEA and Management.
  • Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days.
  • Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS.
  • Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests.
  • Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.
  • Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of data analytics experience. Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Korean is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats.
  • Strong critical thinking and planning ability; balancing accountabilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management.
  • Ability to collaborate and share tasks to maximize efficiency towards common goals.
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
