[Job Summary]

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for company, working closely with our external accounting firm and global finance team. This role involves financial reporting, fund management, payroll administration, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have astrong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge financial operations between the U.S. entity and our Korean headquarters.

- Coordinate with external accounting firms to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Manage cash flow, budget planning, and expense execution in alignment with corporate goals.

- Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments, and internal expense reimbursement.

- Handle tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Develop internal financial control processes and ensure proper documentation.

- Collaborate with the Korean headquarters finance team to consolidate reports and maintain transparency across entities.

- Support financial due diligence, audits, and funding-related documentation as needed.

Requirements

[Qualifications]

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

- CPA or AICPA certification preferred.

- Public accounting firm experience (Big 4 or regional) strongly preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.

- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax principles.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Experience in start-up or multinational environments a plus.
