Our growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities

• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
• Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Real estate license required

Compensation

$80,000 - $125,000 at plan
