We specialize in wholesale real estate and fix-and-flip investing, working with motivated sellers and investors across the Chicago area. With a small, dedicated team, youโ€™ll have a direct impact on our success and your career growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do as a Lead Manager (Inside Sales):
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Set appointments for our Acquisitions team with motivated sellers.
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward and build strong seller relationships.
  • Manage the CRM: track calls, update records, and keep the sales pipeline organized.
  • Support transactions from contract to closing by ensuring sellers stay engaged.
  • Hit daily/weekly sales KPIs: number of calls, talk time, qualified leads, and appointments set.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of inside sales experience (call center, real estate sales, telemarketing, or similar).
