The Charles Nedder Team is seeking an energetic, professional, and highly motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join one of Connecticut's top-producing real estate teams.

If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping clients take the next step toward buying or selling a home, this could be an exceptional career opportunity.

As our Inside Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers. You'll engage new leads, qualify opportunities, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments for our real estate advisors. Your success directly contributes to the growth of our team while creating life-changing opportunities for clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position with ongoing coaching, proven systems, and opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers.

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from multiple lead sources.

  • Qualify buyer and seller leads using proven scripts and consultative conversations.

  • Build rapport and uncover clients' goals and timelines.

  • Schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents.

  • Consistently follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and CRM campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with agents and leadership to maximize appointment conversion.

  • Meet and exceed daily activity and appointment goals.

Schedule
  • Full-time or Part-time

  • In-office position in Greenwich, Connecticut

  • Calls scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

  • Rotating weekend schedule (approximately two weekends per month)

Compensation:

$73,500 - $82,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
