Job description

Do you enjoy phone sales without the stress of having to meet and convert them in person? You could become a full time Inside Sales Associate for High Performance Real Estate Advisors! You could earn upwards of $100,000 in your first year as an Inside Sales Associate and never have to leave the office for an appointment! We provide all the training and marketing you need to have a long and lucrative career in real estate.

You should be a self-starter, competitive in nature and comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss their home and real estate needs. You should posses a learning-based mindset with the intention to grow. You'll be working in a team environment, setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team. We will provide you the scripts and training necessary to succeed in this role.

We will pay you a salary during this time with bonuses for appointments set and contracts signed!

Responsibilities :

  • Place phone calls to potential clients to convert into appointments set
  • Systematically perform lead follow up in order to generate new business
  • Answer potential client's questions about Real Estate
  • Generate appointments daily
  • Positively impact those around you and collaborate effectively with teammates
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Requirements:

  • Licensed Real Estate agent (in NC and/or SC)
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
  • Ability to speak well on the phone and display good communication skills
  • Results-driven and motivated by a commission and bonus structure
