Job Description

Client Lead Generation Specialist

This position is fully remote anywhere in US.


The Lead Generation Specialist will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and developing leads of potential business customers which fit our target demographics. By leveraging market research, networking, marketing lists consolidation and verification, and targeted outreach, this role will be responsible for generating high-quality lists of leads across multiple organizations and functions, that convert into loyal clients, thereby driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed market research to identify potential business clients in the Facilities Management industry who need talent acquisition, and third-party facilities management services. Create regular lists of potential targets with verified and accurate contact and title information, possibly to include reporting structure.

Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads, ensuring steady flow potential business clients to our business development team.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and networking events that highlight our value proposition to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales, marketing and recruitment teams to align lead generation activities with broader business goals, revenue acquisition efforts, and recruitment needs.

Analyze campaign performance and lead conversion rates to continually refine and improve lead generation tactics.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of B2B trends, Facility Management Services industry factors, job market conditions, and industry best practices to refine lead generation strategies.

Participate in professional networking events, both online and in-person, to promote our brand and forge relationships with potential clients.

Generate comprehensive summaries of prospective clients, detailing their specific information.


Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, talent acquisition, marketing list creation, and business development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.

Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying potential business clients and opportunities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to concisely convey key information in written form.
