You’ll tell creative stories that differentiate vybe from other urgent care options, and you’ll be the driving force behind vybe’s digital marketing campaigns for both new and repeat patients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end (including positioning, messaging, creative, target audiences, and reporting) that drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement local/regional marketing strategies to drive new patient growth and engagement from prior patients.
  • Manage media budget and relationships with advertising agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality promotional collateral and cost-effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage vybe’s digital channels, including but not limited to, paid and organic social media, paid and organic search, email, display, and vybe’s website.
  • Manage and oversee content creation for SEO-optimized blogs, website copy, and organic social media.
  • Ensure that vybe’s brand shows up effectively and appropriately across digital and traditional channels ensuring consistency and increasing brand awareness.
  • Oversee A/B and multivariate tests to optimize digital campaign performance.
  • Assist in community management and patient experience initiatives. Make recommendations for improved workflows or better strategies to ensure high quality of care. Help develop training and coaching plans and assist with post-training skills assessment.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of marketing initiatives to VP of Marketing & Patient Experience and other members of leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in digital tracking regarding HIPAA and act as the organization’s knowledge expert in HIPAA compliance for all things digital.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing decks for internal and external initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing or advertising. Advertising agency experience and healthcare experience are preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience working with advertising agencies with demonstrated ability to successfully lead, motivate, hold accountable, and positively influence agency partners to achieve targeted KPIs and metrics.
  • Expertise in paid and organic social media, including knowledge of various platforms, and targeting options.
  • Expertise in paid and organic SEM, including knowledge of various platforms, targeting options, and SEO tactics and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project management leadership, with demonstrated ability to lead the implementation of complex, long-term projects, and programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills with an emphasis on the ability to give constructive feedback and concise instruction. Must interact effectively with a wide variety of team members to creatively solve problems, guide, and influence.
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems, and communicate clearly.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be willing to travel as required within the Philadelphia region to visit vybe locations.
  • Position is hybrid - 1-2 days weekly in Bala Cynwyd office.
