Healthcare Marketer

Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Center

Fairview is seeking an experienced, motivated Healthcare Marketer to grow our referral network, promote our services, and generate new patient admissions.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new patient referrals and admissions

  • Market Fairview to hospitals, physicians, clinics, community organizations, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, and other referral sources

  • Build and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, doctors, and healthcare professionals

  • Develop new referral sources and business opportunities

  • Conduct outreach, networking, visits, and community marketing

  • Represent Fairview at healthcare events and meetings

  • Follow up consistently with referral sources and potential admissions

  • Work closely with the admissions team to convert appropriate referrals into admissions

Qualifications
  • Healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or sales experience preferred

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

  • Existing healthcare referral relationships are a plus

  • Outgoing, professional, motivated, and results-driven

Primary Goal: Increase Fairview’s visibility, build strong referral relationships, and consistently generate qualified patient admissions.
