) Job Title: Healthcare Marketing Coordinator
Location: Copper Ridge Health & Rehab
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Copper Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to support and maintain facility census through strategic outreach and community engagement.
This role focuses exclusively on marketing and business development, working in collaboration with the in-house Admissions Coordinator. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-directed, and skilled at building strong professional relationships across healthcare and community networks.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources
  • Conduct routine in-person visits to referral partners to promote facility services
  • Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities to support census growth

Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary external liaison for community partners and referral sources
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with key accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the Admissions Coordinator to align marketing efforts with admissions activity

Strategic Growth
  • Monitor referral trends and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
  • Support initiatives aimed at maintaining and growing facility census
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain documentation of contacts and activities

Travel Requirements
  • Regular local travel required
  • Occasional travel across the state for outreach, networking, and relationship-building with community partners

Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person outreach
  • Valid driver's license required
