Job description

Partnership Marketing Manager - OpenArt AI
About the Company
OpenArt AI is one of the largest AI video generation platforms in the world with over 6 million monthly active users, and is the key launch partner of all top model players such as Google, OpenAI, Kling, and more. The company is also featured in national press including ABC, TIME, Bloomberg, and TechCrunch.
About the Role
As a Partnership Marketing Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-priority partnerships while actively contributing to the top of the pipeline. You will support lead generation efforts, represent OpenArt at industry events, and play a hands-on role in developing new partnership opportunities from initial outreach through to long-term success.
Day-to-day, you will own execution across active partnership workstreams, from kickoff through delivery, while continuously identifying ways to expand existing collaborations. Success in this role is defined by operational excellence: translating partnership goals into clear plans, coordinating stakeholders, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for partners.
Why This Is Exciting
  • Work at a category-leading AI company: Join one of the fastest-growing and largest AI video generation platforms in the world.
  • Operate at the frontier of AI and creativity: Help execute partnerships and projects at the cutting edge of AI-native media, the attention economy, and AI creativity workflows.
  • High exposure and direct mentorship: Report directly to the Head of Business Development and Partnerships, with daily mentorship backed by 7 years of experience at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey.
What You Will Do
  • Support lead generation efforts by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective partners across target verticals.
  • Represent OpenArt at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and surface new partnership leads.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and advance new partnership opportunities from initial conversation through signed agreements.
  • Manage a portfolio of active partnerships end-to-end, including kickoff, execution, ongoing relationship management, and expansion.
  • Translate partnership goals into structured plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines.
  • Maintain strong operational habits across CRM hygiene, project trackers, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to ensure partner commitments are delivered on time and at a high standard.
Requirements
  • U.S. work authorization / location: We are only considering candidates who can be physically located and work-authorized in the United States. H1B visa sponsorship is available.
  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB), investing, private equity, or an equivalent high-performance environment.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional execution and operational ownership: proven ability to drive workstreams forward with speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving: comfortable challenging the status quo and finding ways to make things happen.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Experience in media/entertainment, advertising, creator economy, or AI/tech is a plus.
Work Setup
  • Bay Area required: due to proximity to AI model companies and need for in-person relationship building.
  • Hybrid options available for candidates based near the Bay Area.
  • Visa sponsorship available.
