Basic Function:
  • Strategically align partner contractual assets with partners' goals and business objectives.
  • Formulate and strategically execute all fulfillment activities as provided in contractual agreements for assigned sponsorship accounts.
  • Perform all departmental responsibilities for the management of partnership elements for all assigned partnership agreements.
  • Lead efforts to assist team and provide partnerships with proof of performance metrics, reports and information as needed for partnership recaps.
  • Assist sales team with assigned partnership account renewals as needed.
  • Support LSSE Events, tentpole Texans events and additional partnership events year-round.

Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):
  • Consult and communicate regularly with corporate partners on how to best align their allotted contractual elements (media, signage, print materials, hospitality, etc.) to achieve designated sponsorship SMART goal objectives.
  • Produce and lead comprehensive year-end recap report for assigned corporate sponsors and coordinate scheduling of presentation meetings with client representatives and appropriate Club staff.
  • Ensure all provisions for partner benefits contained in corporate sponsorship agreements are fulfilled utilizing CRM including, but not limited to, signage, print, media, events, hospitality, and onsite activation.
  • Policy and process setting capabilities associated with internal collaboration and partnership asset fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned corporate sponsor clients regarding creative activation opportunities at upcoming Club events, initiatives and activities to add value to sponsorship.
  • Manage all aspects of sponsor activation elements for assigned corporate sponsors at Club home games and marketing events as required.
  • Participate with other Partnership Marketing personnel in handling special requests, promotions and value-added programs.
  • Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
  • Coordinate the execution of select sponsor game day benefits which may include client hospitality/entertainment and in- game promotions.
  • Support with LSSE events and assigned partnership accounts fulfillment with LSSE contractual elements.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Senior Director of Partnership Marketing and/or Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Luxe.
  • Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston Events and duties within the Business operations offices.

Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, many job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club's offices on a regular basis and not in a telecommuting manner; provided, however, this position requires frequent and regular visits to current and prospective partner offices and elsewhere away from the Club's offices to present proposals and participate in follow-up meetings.

  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Effectively perform all supervisory duties with responsibilities to include, but not limited to, hiring, assigning and prioritizing workload, managing day-to-day responsibilities, providing guidance, performance management, etc.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in corporate partnerships.
