Job description

About Polymarket
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast - both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
About the Role
Polymarket is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager for Creators & Culture to own the activation and growth of our creator and cultural partnership ecosystem - from influencers and podcasters to entertainment platforms and cultural tentpoles. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and distribution, ensuring our creator partnerships translate into real audience reach and measurable business outcomes.
This role is for someone who lives in culture, understands how attention moves across platforms, and knows how to build relationships that compound over time.
What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creator and cultural partners - ensuring deliverables are met, content is on-brand, and value is being extracted on both sides
  • Develop and champion creative concepts that turn partnership rights into culturally resonant moments - from ideation through production
  • Build and own the distribution strategy that amplifies partnership content across owned, earned, and paid channels - developing the infrastructure and playbooks to maximize reach for every activation
  • Identify and pitch new creator and cultural partnership opportunities that expand Polymarket's reach into untapped audiences
  • Track performance across all creator activations using clear KPIs - impressions, engagement, referral traffic, acquisition - and iterate based on results
  • Align with internal teams (marketing, product, comms) to ensure creator content integrates seamlessly with broader campaign moments

What We're Looking For
  • Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships - you've handled talent relationships end-to-end, not just briefed an agency
  • Deep fluency in how content travels across platforms - TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, podcasts - and what makes something actually spread
  • Strong creative instincts with a track record of activations that felt culturally native, not forced
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously without losing the thread
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a bias toward action - you figure things out and move fast
  • (Plus) Prior experience at a creator platform, media company, or talent agency
  • (Plus) Existing relationships in the creator, podcast, or entertainment space
  • (Plus) Familiarity with prediction markets, crypto, or fintech audiences
  • (Plus) Experience building creator programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
  • 401k match
  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
