Job Summary

The Manager, Partnership Marketing serves as the primary owner of assigned corporate partner accounts, responsible for day-to-day relationship management, execution of contractual deliverables, and activation planning. This role ensures best-in-class partner service while supporting revenue growth, retention, and cross-functional execution across partnerships, events, and e-commerce initiatives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for corporate partners, leading day-to-day communication, planning, and execution of partner programs.
  • Own execution of contractual deliverables across events, digital, content, broadcast, and retail channels, ensuring high-quality fulfillment.
  • Lead planning and execution of event activations, hospitality, and fan experiences, with support from partnerships team and direction from Director, Strategic Partnerships.
  • Support renewal strategy development and identify upsell and incremental revenue opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Support Director, Strategic Partnerships with initiatives across e-commerce, merchandising, and licensing as needed, including executional and partner-facing deliverables.
  • Own development and maintenance of sales creative materials used for partner proposals, renewals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with partnerships team to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and internal sales reporting systems.
  • Support coordination of Friends & Family Program execution and support partner integration into broader commercial initiatives.
  • Lead coordination and alignment of on-site retail execution, including event support and vendor coordination as needed for USA Swimming Championship level events.


Other Duties:

  • Support partner reporting, recaps, and performance measurement ROI.
  • Own value-in-kind fulfillment, tracking, processing, distribution, reconciliation, and coordination with finance team and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide lead on-site support for partner activations, retail execution, and fan experience programming at marquee events.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong relationship management and client service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and event-driven priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to support reporting and performance insights.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports management, business, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, events, or account management.
  • Experience in partnership marketing, client services, or commercial sports environment preferred.
  • Understanding or experience of National Governing Bodies (NGB's) structures, roles, and objectives in relation to the Olympic Movement and athlete relations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 20% of the year.
  • Must be able to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
  • This position works in an office setting in the USA Swimming headquarters office in Colorado Springs, CO; must be willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO, or the surrounding area.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
  • Bonus Eligibility: Based on company performance, this position may be eligible for an annual target bonus of 7.50%
