Job description

Medical Marketing Representitive
Location: Estero, Lehigh Acres and Port Chalotte
Salary: $60,000 Base + Up to $10,000 Variable/Bonus
Position Overview
  • Seeking a Practice Manager with a strong commercial/businessdevelopment profile or a Medical Marketing Executive withadministrative experience.
  • Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of medical practice managementexperience, preferably in Urgent Care or Primary Care.
  • Approximately 60% of the role will focus on community-basedmedical marketing and sales.
  • This is a hands-on, relationship-building position involving in-person visits to local businesses, clients, and community organizations.
  • No digital marketing or social media marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.
  • Monday Through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • 2 Days in Estero, 2 Days in Lehigh and 1 Day in Port Charlotte
  • Conduct face-to-face outreach and business development within the local community.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to increase patient volume and practice visibility.
  • Represent the medical practice professionally within the community.
  • Assist with staffing, employee supervision, and basic officeoperations.
  • Oversee basic administrative and customer service functions across practice locations.
  • Help ensure offices operate efficiently and provide an excellent patient experience.
  • Support providers and staff with day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of medical practice management experience preferred.
  • Experience in Urgent Care, Primary Care, or a similar medical environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong sales, business development, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly personable, outgoing, and comfortable making in-person sales calls and community visits.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage staff and basic administrative responsibilities.
  • Candidates with a medical marketing/business developmentbackground and some healthcare administrative experience will also be considered.
  • Accounting, billing, or financial management experience is not required.
