Job description

Home Care Marketer
Base Salary + Performance Bonuses | OTE: $50,000–$150,000+ | PTO | Referral Bonuses

We’re looking for that special person who loves people, loves being out in the community, and lights up at the idea of helping families find care they can truly feel good about.

If you have real healthcare marketing experience and want a role where your relationships, hustle, and heart are seen, valued, and directly rewarded, this is it.

Who You Are

You’re warm, confident, and genuine. You enjoy talking to people everywhere—at a doctor’s office, at an event, in a lobby, at a park, in a coffee shop—and you know how to turn conversations into trust. You’re the person people remember.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the welcoming face and voice of our agency in the community

  • Talk with families, patients, caregivers, and community members about how we can support them at home

  • Build meaningful relationships in all kinds of places: hospitals, rehabs, SNFs, doctor’s offices, senior buildings, parks, churches, community centers, laundromats, barbershops, local businesses, health fairs—anywhere people might need help

  • Turn those connections into high-quality referrals rooted in honesty and care

  • Take ownership of your territory: track your outreach, follow through, and help us grow the right way

What We’re Looking For
  • MUST HAVE: Proven experience in healthcare marketing / liaison / business development (home care, home health, hospice, SNF, rehab, etc.)

  • A kind, approachable, professional communicator

  • Someone self-motivated, competitive in a healthy way, and proud of their results

  • Comfortable working independently in the field

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Why This Role Is Awesome
  • Base salary + strong performance bonuses with real earning potential of $50,000–$150,000+

  • PTO

  • Referral bonus programs

  • A supportive leadership team that has your back, gives you room to be creative, and celebrates your wins

  • Freedom to build something meaningful in your own style—without being boxed into only “traditional” referral sources

This role is built for someone who wants to maximize their earning potential, make a real impact, and actually love what they do every day.

If that’s you, we’d be excited to meet you.
