We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team at Honest Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of essential tasks critical to the success of our daily operations in the dining room. This includes ensuring that all day-to-day activities are carried out in alignment with Honest Hospitality's high standards of excellence. You will oversee the front of the house operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient communication between various departments which include, Raiders Headquarters and The Las Vegas Aces. This position will require a flexible schedule, 3 days a week, morning and afternoons and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising daily operations in the dining room to guarantee compliance with company standards.
Managing the front of the house to ensure smooth and welcoming guest interactions.
Prioritizing guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
Facilitating effective communication between the front of the house, kitchen, The Raiders organization, and The Las Vegas Aces Organization.

Handling various tasks such as menu displays, invoicing, ordering supplies, and managing inventory.
Organizing special events for Honest Hospitality to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
Proficiency in handling inventory and ordering processes.
Customer-centric approach and dedication to maintaining high service standards.
Requires proficiency in navigating technology and a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to various software programs.
