We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director, RN in the Denver Metro Area to lead a team in delivering outstanding care while driving the profitability and growth of the facility.

As the Executive and Wellness Director, you will serve a dual role, overseeing the overall management and operation of our assisted living facility while also leading wellness initiatives to promote the health and well-being of our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members to ensure the highest level of care and support, while also implementing programs and activities to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all staff members, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to residents.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote the overall health and well-being of residents.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents, in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
• Monitor resident health status, medication management, and response to treatment, providing nursing care as needed.
• Drive business growth through marketing initiatives, community outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living facilities and nursing practice.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing the level of care and service provided to residents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
• Lead and motivate staff members through effective communication, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Active Assisted Living Director License in good standing in the state of Colorado
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Colorado.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or assisted living industry.
• Proven track record of driving profitable businesses and achieving financial targets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in assisted living care and nursing practice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
• Passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and promoting wellness initiatives.
• Knowledge of the Denver Metro Area healthcare market is a plus.
