• Support our urban boutique spa through the consistent use of the Auberge Spa standards and procedures to ensure full guest satisfaction
• Provide consistent high quality treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• Providing high-quality manicures, pedicures, and various nail treatments based upon the clients’ nail care needs and preferences. Services may include cleaning and shaping fingernails and toenails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointment schedule after completing each treatment
• Escort guests to and from treatment room and attend to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit
• Have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests
• Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met
• Ensure guest comfort throughout the treatment
• Ensure treatment area is clean to standards at all times
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost control
• Report dysfunctional equipment to the Director of Engineering
• Report any issues or incidents of dissatisfaction from the guest perspective
• Maintain and assist in inventory of supplies as required by the Director of Wellness
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
• Maintain current professional licenses

• Valid and current Texas Manicurist License
• Willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable
• Able to work on a flexible schedule, including week-ends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ideal candidate possesses a thorough knowledge of numerous manicure and pedicure techniques, proper nail care and current nail trends
