Operations Training Coordinator - $22.00/hour Overland Park, KS

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our Operations team as a Training Coordinator! The Operations Training Coordinator will be responsible for handling a variety of administration tasks, managing travel accommodations, assisting with onboarding new employees, and helping administer the Company's Learning Management System.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides general administrative and operational support to training department.
• Manages travel for new hires, those attending in person trainings, and other travel needs.
• Assists with onboarding and New Employee Orientation.
• Coordinates training activities and resources.
• Adminstrator of company's Learning Management System.
• Administers continuing education programs.
• Maintains training records.
• Assists manager in analyzing and processing training data.
• Maintain training material and equipment inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred or equal job experience
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• MS Office skills proficiency
• Ability to relocate to Kansas City
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as required
• Ability to travel as required for follow-up and evaluation of training programs
