Marketing Manager

Scale by Three Management, a hospitality group operating restaurants in the quick service, family dining, and fast casual categories in Nevada, California, Texas, and Utah, is seeking an experienced  Marketing Manager to join our team in Las Vegas to implement effective marketing strategies, objectives and brand awareness for two brands in the Mexican food service category.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess creative skills to produce compelling written and graphical content and have a base level knowledge in several areas, including web, social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing and marketing automation.  

This is a great opportunity for someone who has the required marketing experience to work with the team to launch a new brand as well as rebrand an existing concept. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing initiatives,brand awareness and media relations for restaurant group concepts for two brands, both in Mexican food service category
• Work with individual stores on grassroots marketing & oversee each region's Street Teams
• Assist with investor relation decks 
• Work with PR agency and also incorporate grassroots marketing
• Help develop a 6-12-18 month advertising plan on new store openings
• Reply to all guest feedback
• Oversee social media including creation and maintaining social media pages and content
• Maintain websites 
• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned  

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Marketing is required
• 5 years of experience in a dedicated marketing role is required; experience must include agency experience as well as working with brands
• Experience working in a restaurant is preferred   
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Possess thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools such as web analytics and Google Adwords
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinker with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to handle and enjoy a high volume of activity with accuracy and appropriate prioritization
• Team player who is considerate and able to work well with others as well as independently 
• Strong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work
• Excellent time management abilities
• Strong reading, writing, and basic mathematical skills
• Valid Driver’s’ license with reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Ability to travel
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
