Executive Assistant

Position Information:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEO, COO, and CFO with multifaceted receptionist and clerical tasks.
Hours: 40 hrs./wk. (non-exempt), Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  Provides the executives with support including managing schedules, preparing and maintaining business correspondence, Executive Board meeting minutes, documents, spreadsheets and presentations, data entry, photocopying, filling, faxing, emailing, answering phone calls, and taking messages;
  
• May provide support to other areas of the company including accounting, and others as needed.

Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business or related field preferred;
• Two (2) years experience as an Administrative or Executive assistantnt
• Requires computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), accounting computer application systems and working knowledge of internet and web-based applications; Requires ability to operate a range of office equipment including phones, copiers, fax machines, computers, audio/visual support equipment, etc.;
• Provide high-quality customer service;
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well-organized, professional, reliable and must be able to think and work independently; Experience with social media platforms preferred.
