Required: Accredited College Degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Management or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Advanced College Degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Business Management or equivalent experience.
Experience
Required: Minimum of ten years of financial and administrative management experience.
Preferred: Fifteen years experience with ten years as a Controller within the regulated property management industry or construction industry.
Licenses/Certification
CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
