Business Director Americas
EAM Mosca Corporation, a leading provider of automatic strapping systems, is seeking a Business Director Americas to work at its location in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. The Business Director Americas will take on a strategic approach and align efforts with the organization to drive revenue growth, develop and execute sales strategies, leverage market analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities to drive growth. The position will also assess technical aspects, feasibility, and alignment with business goals and work closely with project/product management teams to ensure evaluation before pursuing new opportunities. Also collaborates with marketing to ensure proper marketing, including participating in trade shows, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts. Travel is required 25% of the time, domestically and internationally, to various sites for business development in North and South America.
Education, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field plus minimum of 3 years experience in Business Management, Project Management, Business Development, Product Development, or related area.
