Essential Duties

• Participate in morning meetings with the Body Shop team and provide updates on parts orders for the body shop 
• Order and secure parts for the body shop promptly
• Check in parts deliveries
• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line
• Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct, and all pricing is in line with the estimate
• Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
• Pull and fill orders from stock and deliver them to Auto Body technicians
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary
• Notify the body shop estimator or manager when special ordered parts have been received
• Notify the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered
• Follow up on back-ordered parts
• Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
• Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned
