Parts Manager – Ford & Kia Dealerships

Lead the Parts Operations for Two High-Volume Dealerships

Citrus Motors is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee the Parts Departments for both our Ford and Kia dealerships. This leadership position is responsible for managing two successful parts operations that support high-volume retail service departments, a rapidly growing fleet service business, and one of the area's largest wholesale Ford parts operations.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced automotive parts leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving profitability across multiple operations.

Required Qualifications

Current or recent experience as a Ford Parts Manager is required.

Because of the complexity and size of our Ford operation, candidates must have previous experience managing a Ford Parts Department. Experience overseeing multiple locations or manufacturers is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Parts Departments for both our Ford and Kia dealerships
  • Manage department profitability, inventory, purchasing, and staffing across both stores
  • Continue growing our fleet service and wholesale parts businesses
  • Ensure exceptional support for our Service, Collision Center, Fleet, and Retail customers
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing parts team
  • Maintain inventory accuracy while minimizing obsolescence
  • Build relationships with wholesale customers, commercial accounts, and fleet clients
  • Utilize Ford systems, manufacturer programs, and reporting tools to maximize performance
  • Work closely with dealership leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Ford Parts Manager experience (Required)
  • Proven leadership in a high-volume dealership parts operation
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and profitability
  • Experience growing wholesale and commercial parts sales
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and manage competing priorities
  • DealerTrack DMS experience preferred
  • Kia experience is a plus, but not required

Why Citrus Motors?

This isn't a traditional Parts Manager position. You'll oversee the parts operations for two dealerships, including a large Ford operation with an expanding fleet and wholesale business. We're looking for someone who wants to build, grow, and continuously improve—not simply maintain the status quo.

If you're an ambitious leader looking for the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Stable, family-owned dealership committed to long-term growth

If you have the leadership experience, Ford knowledge, and drive to lead two successful dealership parts operations, we encourage you to apply today.
