Responsibilities:
  • Assist TECHs in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories
  • Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and organize parts inventory, ensuring proper stock levels
  • Look up part numbers and specifications using automotive parts catalogs and software
  • Coordinate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source hard-to-find parts
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive parts, counter sales, or a related role preferred
