The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team! As an Automotive Parts Counterperson, you are the first point of contact for individuals approaching the parts pick-up window! You will assist the service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories. In addition to working as a Parts Counterperson, you will receive training on inventory control, stocking and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom. Additionally, you may deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership!

The typical schedule for a Parts Counterperson is Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays.

Automotive Parts Counterperson Requirements

โ€ข Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driverโ€™s license
โ€ข High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or equivalent.
โ€ข 1+ years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred.
โ€ข Commitment to exceptional customer service
โ€ข Strong written and oral communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work well in a team environment
โ€ข Detail Oriented
โ€ข Ability to understand manufacturers specifications.
