Our key to serving the community starts with our Counter Sales team people who deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. As a Parts Counter Professional, youll be the go-to expert at the counter, helping customers find the right automotive parts, processing orders accurately, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts
  • Answer incoming calls and provide knowledgeable, friendly customer support
  • Accurately place, process, and fulfill parts orders in a timely manner
  • Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery
  • Utilize inventory, catalog, and POS systems efficiently
  • Support teammates when working with customers and during busy periods
  • Assist with stocking and maintaining store organization as part of daily tasks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and management
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful workplace
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
What Youll Need
