About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a highly skilled and uber-organized Executive Assistant to work alongside the CEO and Founder of one of the top sales teams at Douglas Elliman. The Executive Assistant is the right hand to the CEO and Founder to assist in all aspects of the business from client correspondence and booking appointments to organizing client appreciation events and some personal assistance work. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in real estate sales, has impeccable attention to detail, a strong work ethic and drive.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day back office business of CEO's existing real estate portfolio so that she can focus on sales and development
- Assist with client communications
- Proactively manage CEO extremely busy calendar with an awareness as to purpose, timeliness, participation and business rationale for meetings and events
- Work seamlessly with CEO to ensure that nothing is overlooked in related to the real estate business
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Research and preparation of materials needed related to all meetings, conference calls and listings
- Business email monitoring to make sure nothing is missed and emails are responded to in a timely manner (within the hour)
- Support with showings, open houses and buyer tours
- Assist with team social media generating ideas and increasing exposure
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Google Suite, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- A minimum of three to five years of working in a support role
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in NYC Real Estate industry
- Work experience in New York City; knowledge/familiarity with neighborhoods, transportation restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional professionalism, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, highly responsive with a warm attitude
- Calm demeanor under pressure and ability to remain professional at all times
- Experience working collaboratively with the ability to execute independently
- Self-starter, proactive, extraordinarily detail oriented with a “no task too big or too small” attitude
Compensation
125K Base Salary plus opportunity for bonus
