We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Client Partnership Director who specializes in delivering exceptional results for clients. While the job itself is remote, due to client presence and account needs, you must reside in Salt Lake City, Utah. 


As the Client Partnership Director, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions that align with their objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.


We specialize in crafting strategic marketing solutions that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Our team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about creativity, collaboration, and exceeding client expectations. You’ll work with team members across our service lines, including Strategic, Creative, and Interactive. In addition, you will lead projects that support our clients’ marketing efforts and drive agency success. 


Responsibilities 

As a Client Partnership Director, you will:

    • Client Engagement
      • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
      • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics and be able to offer proactive solutions
    • Strategic Planning
      • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with their goals
      • Provide strategic guidance to clients on industry trends and developments
      • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Client Advocacy and Growth
    • Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets. Build new client relationships through calls, networking, and word of mouth.
    • Facilitate account planning and participate in client proposals and pitches.
    • Understand agency services to connect and identify opportunities to solve client business needs.
    • Serve as the client's advocate within the agency, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, results, and ongoing initiatives
    • Address any concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategic, creative, and interactive to deliver integrated and effective marketing solutions
    • Provide clear guidance and feedback to internal teams based on client expectations and feedback
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, working closely with internal teams to achieve client objectives
  • Team Management
    • Lead and inspire a team of client partnership specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive team culture
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review client accounts, discuss strategy, and address any challenges
    • Mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
  • Budget Management
    • Work closely with the team to manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met


What you’ll need

  • Preferred 5+ years of related experience in a marketing role
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within a marketing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the Tech (SaaS) Industry a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies
