Aligning Your Benefits:

• Salary range - $121,000 - $175,000

Managing Your New Role:

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of our alarm and security installation company.

• Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing operations managers.
• Oversee daily operations and the continuous improvement of our operations.
• Provide expert advice on industry best practices, processes, and procedures.
• Establish and monitor departmental processes, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee budgetary planning and adherence to financial targets.

Analyze Your Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. (MBA preferred).
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the alarm and security installation industry.
• Strong understanding of security system technologies and installation processes.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience leading and coaching teams on business and budgeting activities.
