SOUS CHEF

We are looking for an experienced Fine Dining Sous Chef to join our growing company in Austin! We are looking for an experienced, passionate culinary professional to provide leadership to our culinary and stewarding teams and to provide superb hospitality to both our guests and our community.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM

Two plus years of BOH chef/kitchen management experience in a high volume full-service restaurant
In-house Butchery Experience preferred
Competence in Ordering / Budgeting / Scheduling
Must have proven culinary skills and must be able to lead, develop, and motivate
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment while effectively delegating tasks
Good leadership and communicative skills
