Position: Lead Desktop Support Engineer / Lead Desktop Support Technician / Lead Deskside Support Technician (VIP Support / Executive Support)
No of Positions: 1
Work Location: Omaha, Nebraska (Fully Onsite 5 days/week)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client / Implementer: HCL
Required Skills: Min. 4 years, new laptop/Desktop configuration, MAC OS, Windows platform, Microsoft Office 365, Laptop / Desktop imaging, VIP Support / Executive Support, Knowledge - SCCM, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP etc.
Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2 all inclusive
Job Description:
Must haves:
- Image a Machine (Laptop / Desktop)
- Knowledge of SCCM
- DNS and DHCP
- Group Policy
- VIP Support/Executive support (Must have )
- Experience in configuring the new laptop/Desktop
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical expertise and end-user support in the areas of Mac OS, Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 10), Microsoft Office 365, off-the-shelf applications, Remote Connectivity Platform, network/local HP & Canon printers via deskside, phone support or remote support.
- Providing desktop/laptop break/fix/maintenance support.
