Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

We are seeking a driven and reliable individual to work as a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal for our growing Personal Injury law firm. As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will be the primary point of contact for the client, guiding them through the process of their injury case. You’ll work at a fast pace with our team to prepare a variety of legal documents, and handle office correspondence like answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of important dates and deadlines. The right candidate will possess a mix of interpersonal and multi-tasking skills along with attention to detail and a client and customer-centered focus of attention.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and returns client's calls, faxes, texts, and emails.
• Document all actions and communication in the client's case file.
• Data entry of confidential client information with discretion
• Gather, examine, and organize facts, evidence, and records for attorney review and case preparation.
• Open claims with insurance carriers and communicate with adjusters
• Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
