Title: Clinical Executive Director - Vice President (Salaried)
Region: Santa Clara, CA

Hours: This is a full-time, salaried position. M-F

Salary: Upto $150,000 per year

Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required.

Licensure: Master’s degree in a behavioral science and valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) and two years of supervisory experience working in a treatment program or similar work setting required.

As an Vice President, you will:

The Vice President responsibilities include management of contract compliance, performance outcomes, administrative and clinical supervision, budgetary compliance, financial performance, and community outreach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assures program contract compliance; monitors and supervises program objectives, and monitors program operation, including performance outcome objectives.

• Performs administrative and clinical supervision of all assigned programs.

• Approves line staff hiring decisions; recommends Program Manager hiring; counsels with Program Managers regarding performance, disciplinary, and pay actions.

• Ensures program budgetary compliance and prudent financial management, and billing expectations and deliverables.

• Ensures compliance with MHS rules and policies, overall operational and administrative success of assigned programs.

• Performs regular program site visits.

• Responds quickly and appropriately to urgent program needs and crisis intervention.

• Liaison with funder(s) and community meetings/committees. Provides summaries accordingly.

• Provides direct client services at respective programs at least 10 hours per week and completes accurate and timely documentation.

• Facilitates scheduled division meetings and documents agenda and attendance accordingly.

• Maintains confidentiality of client’s care.

• Other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science and valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) and two years of supervisory experience working in a treatment program or similar work setting required.

• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.

• Experience providing mental health and substance use disorder services preferred. 1

• Cultural competency understanding required. Bilingual preferred.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
