Registered Nurse Supervisor - Long Term Care

Registered Nurse Supervisor candidates for the Long Term Care position will have the following job responsibilities:

• Our client is calling for RN Supervisor in Kodiak, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
• Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift
• The Nursing Supervisor provides overall leadership and direction to the clinical staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor candidates for the Long Term Care position must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing or advanced Nursing Degree.
• Hires as of January 2018 with less than 20 years of nursing experience: Required within three years.
• All others: Not required.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Clinic and/or community nursing work experience that includes one year of geriatric nursing.
• Nursing leadership experience.

• Supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a budget.
