·        Must have their Salesforce Admin Certification

·        Must have CRM, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud experience

·        Must have strong Configuration Skills

·        Must have strong report-building skills

·        Will be part of the overall Salesforce optimization and adoption to increase the use of the platform company-wide. 

·        Experience suggesting best practices in Salesforce, helping with user adoption.

·        Strong internal client-facing skills- can hold their own with Sales Reps

·        An interest in building a strong partnership with internal teams- company culture is big! 

Overview:  

 Our client, a NJ-based Insurance Brokerage company, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team! This is an EXCITING opportunity to join and grow with a dynamic organization that emphasizes company culture and collaboration!

This is a DIRECT HIRE role and is HYBRID (3 days a week onsite) to company Headquarters located on the Camden NJ Waterfront!

Job Summary:   The Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in the development and implementation of data, analytics, digital, and CRM solutions for our new business sales process at Conner Strong & Buckelew. This position is responsible for optimizing, developing, and maintaining the current Salesforce CRM system as well as connected systems that are utilized in the new business and marketing process.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Consistently maintaining, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce platform, while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to offer configuration and user support.
  • Managing roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Managing user licenses and negotiating/ordering additional licenses as needed.
  • Monitoring and improving the reliability, stability, and performance of the systems. Proactively identifying and fixing any issues to minimize the impact on end users.
  • Championing for data integrity within Salesforce by consistently performing data cleansing, deduplication, and initiatives for maintaining high-quality data. Managing data on the platform to optimize data import/export/streaming.
  • Creating dashboards, apps, pages, workflows, predictions, and other functionality of the platform to deliver high-quality user experiences through platform configuration and development.
  • Levering Salesforce to design and create advanced reports & dashboards that can be utilized by the leadership team.
  • Evaluating and analyzing Salesforce applications, features, and new releases to best support the business while mitigating risks to the company. Continuously implementing best practices in Salesforce to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Providing training and support for new Salesforce releases or features.
  • Negotiating licensing contracts across all new business platforms
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Staying current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or commensurate business experience required
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience performing configurations, building reports, and other platform enhancements
  • Additional experience with Prospecting and Marketing systems (CRM)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work and be available outside of normal business hours for on call requests
  • Industry experience within Insurance Brokerage or Benefits Consulting
  • Ability to develop and manage key relationships at all levels within the organization as well as with outside vendors; flexible in dealing with others.

Specialized Knowledge or Licenses

·        Certified Advanced Administrator; or equivalent

  • Required Salesforce administrator certification (Advanced Admin preferred)
  • Certified Platform App Builder; or equivalent
