Our Am Law client is seeking a highly qualified 5th or 6th year associate to join the dynamic White Collar group in their Washington, DC office. Candidates should have experience with securities litigation and investigations, SEC enforcements, and government investigations. Experience with fraud, corruption, trade sanctions, and export controls are a plus.

Their White Collar team advises on regulatory defense matters before the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. They regularly represent companies and individuals alike in fraud investigations, securities and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters. They have a vibrant investigations and federal and state trial practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience, Law Review, and federal clerkship preferred.

Candidates must be barred in Washington, D.C. Candidates who are also barred in Florida will be prioritized.

SALARY

$325,000 – $350,000
