Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries face to face
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Write up orders
- Contact customers when jobs are complete by e-mail and phone
- Invoice using QuickBooks
- Filing and Organizing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Small established printing company looking for customer service specialist. Days - Monday through Friday 9am - 3 pm (can be flexible on hours).
