Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the culinary industry, strong leadership skills, and a drive for success, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Oversee the implementation of food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
- Proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems
