Customer Service Representative/Sales– San Fernando, CA - Supplier

The position is Full-Time with an Hourly Range between $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience, plus Full-Benefits after 60 days. We have a 100% Employer Funded Profit Sharing Plan, tying YOUR personal SUCCESS to the Company’s SUCCESS.

 

Description of the CSR Position:

 

Provide top notch service for maximum customer retention and new customer acquisition by:

  • Fostering existing accounts as well as develop new business by leveraging company assets to provide excellent service.
  • Daily communication with our China team regarding new product sourcing and production management.
  • Managing order process by sending order confirmations, layouts and pre-pro samples.
  • Quoting custom and stock items promptly and accurately.
  • Specialty product and process knowledge is helpful.
  • Field in-bound sales calls as well as make outbound calls.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Required Skills:

  • Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in High Level B2B Customer Service
  • Background and knowledge of the Promotional Products Industry.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite Skills
  • High Level PPT Skills

The Hourly Range is between $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience, plus full-benefits after 60 days for Full-Time Hires.
