Associate Attorney Opportunity to Specialize in High-End Construction Litigation

Progressive and very well-managed Seattle law firm with a supportive environment seeks to hire a litigation associate to be the “key” and only construction litigation associate expert in a group of very successful senior construction litigation attorneys who have very robust practices. Accordingly, the path to partnership should be very clear and this firm has a very strong track record promoting their attorneys to partnership.

While it would be ideal, the successful candidate is not required to have significant previous construction litigation experience, merely solid general litigation experience and a DESIRE to specialize primarily in construction litigation.

While the firm does some of the “lower-end” construction defect litigation, this is an opportunity to become an expert in the lucrative (much higher billable rates) construction litigation work such as disputes involving lien and bond claims, as well as claims associated with schedule delay and scope of work changes.

Candidates must have 1-5 years of general litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm, solid academic credentials, and must be a Member of the Washington Bar.
